COVID-19 Protocol & Practices

In response to the COVID-19 Virus, Almost Home Inspections, LLC. has developed and implemented new practices and procedures. These procedures are to protect our employees, clients, agents and referring partners as well as our community.

Almost Home employees are screened and instructed to immediately notify us of any symptoms of illness and will not conduct inspections. Almost Home Inspections will continue to follow all local and state guidelines as instructed. Our inspectors are taking additional measures to protect all parties involved in the home inspection.

Additional Measures include:

– Mandatory masks and gloves are worn by inspectors during inspections.

– We provide our own sanitizing products and provide phone recaps to clients who do not wish to be present at the time of inspection.

– Our inspectors maintain safe social distancing during any recap or explanation of home components to clients.
